About Attorney Adam Stallings
After fighting for individuals in the private sector, Adam joined the NC Real Estate Commission where he served as Chief Deputy Legal Counsel beginning in 2011. There, Adam litigated disciplinary cases before the board, argued cases in Superior Court on behalf of the Commission, advised consumers and brokers on the License Law, Commission rules, and real estate transactions generally, and served as the Commission’s employment law attorney.
Adam is a highly regarded speaker, having presented to numerous groups and associations across the state on topics ranging from fraud, hydraulic fracturing “fracking”, license law issues, and mortgage fraud.
Adam has tried cases involving construction law, real estate disputes, professional malpractice, family law, and personal injury matters. When he’s not working, Adam enjoys surf fishing from any sandy spot along the North Carolina coast.
